CrabJili Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to CrabJili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and CrabJili ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), the operator of the online betting platform available at crabjili.com and its associated mobile applications.

In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms will take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the CrabJili platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CrabJili strictly prohibits betting by anyone under 18. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request supporting identification at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online betting through PAGCOR-licensed operators is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of CrabJili or any affiliated company.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program — whether initiated by you personally on CrabJili or imposed under any applicable regulatory framework.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

CrabJili reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a verification hold may be withheld until the review is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each member is permitted to hold only one active CrabJili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same household, or using any other combination of shared identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration on CrabJili and at any subsequent point when updating your account details. Providing false information, including a false name, false date of birth, or a contact number that does not belong to you, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CrabJili login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. CrabJili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact CrabJili support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

CrabJili is required by its PAGCOR license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until the process is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). CrabJili does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name on your CrabJili account. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in account suspension.

CrabJili processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis throughout the day. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect in your e-wallet within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay generally clear within 30 minutes; PESONet transfers are processed within one banking business day. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance, public holidays, or periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.

4.4 Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once on CrabJili before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement helps prevent platform misuse and is standard practice across licensed Philippine operators. 5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets on CrabJili are confirmed when you tap or click the final confirmation on the bet slip and the system returns a bet reference number. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including the selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. CrabJili will not accept requests to cancel bets after they have been confirmed, except in specific circumstances described in Section 6.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for a single bet on CrabJili is ₱20 across all sports and esports markets. Maximum stakes vary by event, market type, and member account tier. CrabJili reserves the right to set individual account betting limits at any time, particularly where betting patterns suggest the potential for system exploitation.

5.3 Odds Changes

Odds on CrabJili are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If the odds for your selection change between the time you initiate a bet and the time you confirm it, CrabJili will display the updated odds and ask for your confirmation before proceeding. The odds displayed at final confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.

5.4 Parlay and Combination Bets

Parlay bets combining multiple selections are accepted on CrabJili subject to a minimum of two selections. If one leg of a parlay is voided (for example due to a match cancellation), the parlay continues as a reduced accumulator with one fewer selection. All remaining selections must win for the parlay to be successful.

5.5 Live In-Play Betting

CrabJili offers live in-play betting on selected sports and esports events. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at CrabJili's discretion — for example during stoppages of play, following significant in-game events, or for technical reasons. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and your stake returned.

6. Bet Settlement

All bets on CrabJili are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For Philippine sports, this includes the PBA, UAAP, NCAA Philippines, MOONTON (for MPL-PH), and the respective boxing sanctioning organizations (WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO). For international events, CrabJili defers to the official tournament organizer's declared result.

6.1 Postponed and Abandoned Events

If a match or event is postponed and rescheduled within 12 hours of the original scheduled start time, CrabJili will generally honor existing bets for the rescheduled event. If a match is postponed beyond 12 hours or is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time has been played (as defined per sport in CrabJili's sport-specific rules), all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Disputed Results

In the event of a disputed result, CrabJili will suspend settlement for the affected market until the official governing body issues a final decision. CrabJili's interpretation of an official result is final. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must submit a dispute within 72 hours of settlement to support@crabjili.com with your bet reference number and the specific grounds for your dispute.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

CrabJili regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and event-specific boosts to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the CrabJili Promotions page alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all CrabJili bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. CrabJili will void bonuses if it detects coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Free bets are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Winnings from free bets — not the free bet stake itself — are credited to your withdrawable balance after settlement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• CrabJili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the offer is being abused, or if the member does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• Only bets placed on eligible markets — as defined per promotion — will count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on voided markets, draws (where both outcomes are covered), or zero-margin markets typically will not count.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the CrabJili platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets using non-public inside information about the outcome or conduct of an event, or having any involvement in the fixing of an event you are betting on.
• Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Using automated systems, bots, or coordinated strategies designed to exploit pricing errors or guaranteed profit opportunities in a way that undermines CrabJili's legitimate commercial operation.
• Multiple account abuse: Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent limits, restrictions, or suspension decisions applied to another account.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider after receiving corresponding value from CrabJili is considered fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
• Money laundering: Using CrabJili as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. CrabJili complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
• Account sharing or selling: Sharing your CrabJili login details with others, allowing others to use your account, or buying or selling account access.

9. Responsible Gaming

CrabJili is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. We recognize that while the vast majority of our members enjoy betting as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. CrabJili takes this seriously and provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your CrabJili account at any time through the account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to remind you how long you have been active on CrabJili during a single betting session.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, CrabJili's total liability to any member arising from or related to the use of the CrabJili platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CrabJili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions in service due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events; errors in odds or market data that are the result of obvious pricing mistakes (manifest errors); or decisions made by you based on information displayed on the CrabJili platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical fault.

12. Amendments to These Terms

CrabJili reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be required to reflect regulatory updates from PAGCOR, changes to our payment processing arrangements, new product features, or to address emerging patterns of misuse that were not covered by prior versions of these Terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, CrabJili will notify members through a notice on the platform and, where the change significantly affects member rights, through direct communication to the registered email or mobile number on file. Continued use of the CrabJili platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
